Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a non-Chinese citizen in excellent health with no criminal record
- 2 Must demonstrate excellent academic proficiency
- 3 For master's degree: must hold a bachelor's degree and be under 35 years old
- 4 For doctoral degree: must hold a master's degree and be under 40 years old
- 5 For bachelor's degree: must have a high school diploma and be under 25 years old
- 6 Must be proficient in Chinese or English
