About This Scholarship

Swansea University offers merit-based tuition fee scholarships for outstanding international students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate taught degrees, providing up to £5,000 in tuition fee reduction in the first year of study. Undergraduate students who achieve a minimum 70% average in Year 1 receive an additional £2,000 tuition discount in Year 2.

Who Can Apply

  • 1 Must be an overseas fee-paying international student

  • 4 Country of ordinary residence must be in Africa (defined as country where applicant has been living for last 5 years, excluding countries where residing purely for study purposes)
