About This Scholarship
The East-West Center Graduate Degree Fellowship supports graduate-level study at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa for eligible students from the United States and selected Asia-Pacific regions. Fellows gain access to advanced academic training, research opportunities, and participation in an international academic community focused on US-Asia-Pacific relationships.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a citizen or permanent resident of eligible countries/territories in the United States, Pacific region, Southeast Asia, South Asia, or East Asia
- 2 Must hold a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3 Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
- 4 Must be admitted or applying for admission to the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa
