About This Scholarship
UNICORE 8.0 is a fully funded Master’s scholarship programme for recognized refugees from selected African and Asian countries to pursue higher education at participating Italian universities. The programme provides tuition exemption, financial support for visa and travel expenses, and living stipends during the study period in Italy.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a recognized refugee
- 2 Must reside in one of the eligible countries: Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Ethiopia, India, Kenya, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, or Zimbabwe
- 3 Must hold a qualification valid for admission to a Second Cycle Degree Programme (Master's)
- 4 Must have a GPA of 3.0 or equivalent according to Italian Ministry of Education tables
- 5 Must have obtained degree between 2020 and the application deadline (some universities may waive this)
- 6 Must meet specific admission requirements of the chosen programme
- 7 Must not have previously enrolled in a degree programme at any partner university
- 8 Must demonstrate proficiency in English
- 9 Must not submit fraudulent documents
