About This Scholarship
The STAR (Students at Risk) scholarship programme at the University of Brescia provides financial support for talented students from developing and priority countries to pursue Master’s degrees in Italy for the 2026/2027 academic year. The scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation, and living expenses for eligible applicants.
What This Scholarship Covers
- €6,132.10 annual scholarship
- Exemption from second and third instalment of tuition fees
- Free accommodation in campus residence
- Subsidized catering service
- Discounted public transportation pass
- €500 refund for Italian health insurance
Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a citizen and resident of a developing country or one of the priority countries (Cuba, Egypt, El Salvador, Jordan, Iraq, Kenya, Lebanon, Tunisia, Palestinian territories)
- 2 Must hold a degree obtained in a non-EU country
- 3 Must be enrolling for the first time in an Italian university
- 4 Must have a final grade of at least 80/100 or GPA 3.2/4
- 5 Must have B2 English level or have completed previous degree in English (for English-taught Master's degrees)
- 6 Must have B2 level of Italian language proficiency (for Italian-taught Master's degrees)
