About This Scholarship
Newcastle University offers up to 50% tuition fee discount scholarships for outstanding international undergraduate applicants for the 2026/27 academic year. Awards are based on academic merit and commitment to studies, with successful applicants receiving renewable annual scholarships subject to academic progression.
What This Scholarship Covers
- Up to 50% tuition fee discount
Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be assessed as international for fees purposes
- 2 Must have received an offer of place on an eligible full-time undergraduate degree programme at Newcastle city centre campus for 2026/27 academic year
- 3 Must have or expect to achieve a minimum of ABB at A level or equivalent
- 4 Must not be applying for Medicine MB BS, Dental Surgery BDS, or Dental Therapy BSc
- 5 Must not be applying through Clearing
- 6 Must not be a study abroad or exchange student
- 7 Must not be a current registered student who has already commenced their undergraduate degree
- 8 Must not be repeating courses
- 9 Must not be funded through partnerships between the University and external organisations
- 10 Must not be a fully sponsored student
- 11 Cannot be in receipt of any other Newcastle University scholarship scheme awards
