About This Scholarship

The 2026 OSCE Study Visit Programme is a prestigious two-week immersive training programme for young diplomats from OSCE Asian and Mediterranean Partners for Co-operation countries, held from 28 September to 9 October 2026 in Vienna, Austria and Warsaw, Poland. Participants will gain firsthand exposure to OSCE institutions, decision-making processes, and engage with experts on topics including regional security, conflict prevention, human rights, democratic governance, and media freedom.

Who Can Apply

  • 1 Be a citizen or national of an OSCE Asian or Mediterranean Partner for Co-operation country
  • 2 Be under the age of 35
  • 3 Have completed a first-level degree from an accredited university
  • 4 Possess professional fluency in English, both oral and written
  • 5 Possess prior work experience in international relations, preferably in a multilateral context
  • 6 Be nominated by your relevant OSCE delegation of Partners for Co-operation
