Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be between 18-35 years old
- 2 Must be a citizen of Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, South Sudan, Burundi, Rwanda, Somalia, or Democratic Republic of Congo
- 3 Must hold a minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 4 Must demonstrate strong leadership potential
- 5 Additional qualifications in regional integration, leadership, business, economic governance or relevant fields are highly valued
