About This Scholarship
The Ford Philanthropy Fellowship is a fully-funded program designed for early-stage entrepreneurs and community leaders working to create meaningful impact in community development, education, and disaster preparedness. The fellowship runs from September 8, 2026 to January 21, 2027, featuring expert-led workshops, mentorship, financial tools training, and a virtual summit where selected fellows pitch their ventures.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a founder or leader of a venture operating for 1-5 years
- 2 Venture must have fewer than 10 team members
- 3 Must demonstrate measurable impact in community development, education, or disaster preparedness
- 4 Must be a local entrepreneur or community leader deeply committed to strengthening community
- 5 Must have firsthand experience with challenges being addressed
- 6 Must be embedded in and understand local community context
- 7 Must demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to scaling ventures
