About This Scholarship
Harvard College offers need-based financial aid to admitted international undergraduate students on the same basis as U.S. students, with a need-blind admissions policy ensuring that financial aid requests do not affect admission decisions. The university commits to meeting 100% of each admitted student’s demonstrated financial need through grant-based aid that does not require repayment.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must have completed secondary school
- 2 Must be seeking a first bachelor's degree
- 3 Cannot have previously enrolled at a college or university after high school graduation
- 4 Cannot already hold a bachelor's degree
- 5 Must demonstrate strong academic preparation
- 6 Must show meaningful personal, extracurricular, and other achievements
- 7 International applicants from any country are welcome with no quotas or limits
