About This Scholarship
The Marianne Initiative for Human Rights Defenders welcomes approximately fifteen human rights defenders from African countries to France for an 18-week capacity-building program in the first semester of 2027. Participants receive specialized training, networking opportunities with international human rights professionals, and support for developing their activist projects to strengthen their effectiveness in promoting fundamental rights.
