About This Scholarship
The MECI Scholarship Fund supports undergraduate Medicine and Surgery students in Nigeria who demonstrate academic excellence, financial need, and community leadership. The programme provides targeted financial aid and mentorship to help future doctors succeed in their studies and contribute to community health.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a registered Medicine and Surgery student
- 2 Must be enrolled in one of the six participating universities (University of Benin, University of Ilorin, University of Maiduguri, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Obafemi Awolowo University, or Usmanu Danfodio University)
- 3 Must be at any level of study in the Medicine and Surgery programme
- 4 Must demonstrate financial incapability
- 5 Must maintain good academic standing
