About This Scholarship
National Tsing Hua University offers fully funded international scholarships for international degree programs including Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral programs for Spring 2027 admission. The NTHU International Student Scholarship covers 100% of tuition and credit fees with monthly living stipends up to NTD 40,000 per month for eligible scholars.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be of foreign nationality and have never held Republic of China (R.O.C.) citizenship
- 2 Must not possess Overseas Chinese student status at time of application
- 3 Must have resided overseas continuously for no less than 6 years
- 4 Overseas residence must be in countries/regions outside mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau
- 5 Continuous overseas residence means staying in Taiwan no more than 120 days per calendar year
