About This Scholarship

The Prof. Stefan Banach NAWA Scholarship Programme offers fully funded scholarships for second-cycle (Master’s) studies or a preparatory language course at Polish public universities beginning in the winter semester of 2026/27. Supported by Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this competitive scholarship aims to improve professional credentials and fortify educational ties with students from more than 35 developing nations.

What This Scholarship Covers

  • Full tuition fee coverage
  • Monthly stipend of PLN 2,500 (~€580) for living expenses
  • One-time travel allowance
  • Free Polish language and culture courses for English-path students
  • Access to preparatory courses for Polish language learners

Who Can Apply

  • 1 Must be a citizen of an eligible developing country
  • 2 Must be in final semester of bachelor's degree or have graduated from 2023 onward
  • 3 Must not have a previous Master's degree
  • 4 Must not be a previous NAWA scholarship recipient
  • 5 Must have Polish language proficiency at A2 level (for preparatory course), B2 level (for direct studies in Polish), or English B2 level (for studies in English)
