About This Scholarship

The SieDi-Hub Opportunity Youth Educational Scholarship is a need-based, full-ride scholarship initiative supporting Nigerian students from low-income and vulnerable backgrounds who have just gained admission or are in their first year of tertiary study and are at risk of dropping out due to life-altering circumstances. Each year, two students (one male, one female) receive up to ₦250,000 annually covering tuition, compulsory fees, and book support for the full duration of their undergraduate studies, along with mentorship, career coaching, and leadership development opportunities.

What This Scholarship Covers

  • Volunteer and internship placements with SieDi-Hub projects

Who Can Apply

  • 1 Must be a Nigerian citizen aged 17 to 25 years
  • 2 Must have just gained admission or be in first year at a recognized Nigerian tertiary institution
  • 3 Must be experiencing significant financial hardship or personal challenges (e.g., loss of a parent, displacement, family crisis)
  • 4 Must be committed to volunteering and giving back to the community
  • 5 Must maintain academic excellence and submit annual progress reports
  • 6 Must complete studies within expected timeframe
  • 7 Must volunteer with SieDi-Hub during semesters and holidays
