About This Scholarship

The IB–UoPeople M.Ed. Scholarship is a partnership between the International Baccalaureate and the University of the People to support educators worldwide in earning a Master of Education degree in Advanced Teaching. The scholarship aims to address the global shortage of quality educators by providing affordable access to advanced teacher education.

What This Scholarship Covers

  • M.Ed. course assessment fees
  • Transfer credit fees (if applicable)
  • English preparatory course (if applicable)
  • Application fees waived

Who Can Apply

  • 1 Must be a new or emerging educator
  • 2 Must not yet hold a master's degree in an education-related field
  • 3 Must lack access to affordable teacher education
  • 4 Must be committed to continuous learning and IB pedagogy values
