About This Scholarship
The Tech Policy Press Fellowship is a year-long remote fellowship supporting mid-career journalists, researchers, lawyers and public policy professionals exploring the intersection of technology and democracy. Fellows receive a $10,000 stipend, editorial mentorship, and the opportunity to join an international cohort producing impactful public-interest reporting and policy analysis.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a mid-career professional with demonstrated expertise in technology policy or closely related fields
- 2 Must be a journalist, researcher, lawyer, public policy professional, analyst or governance specialist
- 3 Must have a strong background in a specific technology policy issue, geographic region or broader area involving technology's influence on democracy, governance or society
- 4 Must be committed to producing high-quality, public-interest work
- 5 Must be able to work remotely as an independent contractor
